We deliver our premium urban wear worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Please note delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your Samsoe Samsoe purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Important Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Socks
- Underwear
- Swim shorts
- Sneaker protection products
These items may only be returned if faulty. All accessories and headwear must be returned in their original protective packaging.

- Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
- Package your items: Securely pack items in their original packaging

Exchange Process
For exchanges, follow the same process but clearly indicate in your email:
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- Your preferred replacement item(s) including size and color
Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
