Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, underwear, swim shorts, and sneaker protection products unless they are faulty. All accessories and headwear must be returned in their original protective packaging.

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the items you wish to return (see template below)
  2. Wait for approval: Our team will respond within 48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you once we’ve processed your return

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange
  • Your preferred replacement item(s) including size and color
  • Any price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
